Located in a privileged position, this amazing villa in Sardinia represents a serene oasis just a few steps from the beach, in the charming village of Portobello di Gallura. The unique characteristics of this villa make yourself feel at home and enjoy your stay in absolute privacy.
A small path will guide you till the entrance of the villa, where you can fully feel and appreciate its Mediterranean stain. In fact, the villa is perfectly integrated in the granite context that characterizes the Gallura area.
The outdoor area is made of 2 wide sea view terraces, where you can relax enjoying the extraordinary sunsets that this land offers.
The terrace is directly connected to the garden and the dependance that also provides a bathroom. One of the most suggestive places of this villa is the solarium, where you will be bewitched by the colors and beauty of the oriental coast. In April 2024 it has been installed a brand new private pool that will make your holiday unforgettable.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The entrance of the Villa has a bright and pleasant living area from which guests can enjoy a stunning sea view.
In the property there are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio, one double bedroom also with patio and another double bedroom. The villa also has another dwelling that is an annexe with double bed and en suite bathroom. All the houses, including the hall, are equipped with air conditioning.

Inside the residential park of Portobello you will find a restaurant with pizzeria, a bar and a supermarket. In 5-10 kilometres from it you will find some typical agriturismos and restaurants. A medical service is available during the summer months.
Baja dell'Amore, Baja dell'Uomo, Baja Rosa and the famous beach Lu Culumbu are reachable in few minutes. By car you can reach more beautiful beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda in Isola Rossa.

The nearest villages are Trinita d'Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura (with the stunning Capo Testa). Interesting inland activities are trekking or cycling in the Gallura region. Other famous places that are worth visiting in Gallura are Luogosanto and Tempio (town centers made of typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near the Aggius village.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
