Luxury vacation rental for one or two people.

In 34300 Agde (France), located in the heart of the naturist village in the Héliopolis G residence, on the top floor, facing the rising sun, with no direct view into the apartment, a direct ocean view. This beautiful 31.41 m² apartment was completely renovated in 2022; it’s likely the newest addition to the village and strikes me as a truly cozy little nest, inspired in part by feng shui principles, which I hope you’ll love. Very well laid out and equipped, modern and comfortable, it offers a refined living experience in a cozy, cocoon-like atmosphere. It features a 9 m² double terrace covered with artificial grass. It was renovated so that you almost always have a view of the sea—whether from the bed or the shower stall, for example. One detail—though undoubtedly very important to many of you—is the 18 m² private garage located right at the foot of the residence, opening directly to the outside. It will allow you to arrive and depart without any hassle and to store your luggage or beach gear, for example. The beach is very close by.

We will ensure that everything is in working order, but no compensation can be claimed if any equipment is malfunctioning or breaks down.


Supplies: Mattress pads, sheets and pillowcases, 2 shower and bath towels, paper towels and toilet paper, and kitchen essentials upon your arrival.
Included: Water and electricity usage. Cleaning after your departure—however, the apartment must be left in good condition, with dishes clean and put away and trash removed. The visitor’s tax. I will take care of purchasing your pass to stay in the village during your stay in this apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Rentals are available only on a weekly basis, from Friday to Friday, during July and August. During the shoulder season, the apartment can also be rented for Friday-to-Sunday stays, Monday-to-Friday stays, or on a weekly basis. The rental price varies depending on the season.
