'Amazing staff, clean rooms, and an overall excellent experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I had no issues during my stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!'

'Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate to price paid. Will come back.'

'The property was really clean and staff was very helpful.'

'I really enjoyed my stay at TownPlace Suites in Austin over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The entire property was very well maintained and my room was quiet, clean, comfortable and smelled nice. I rested very well before making the trip home the next morning. I'll be staying here again and would encourage others to try it out.'

'I want to thank Steven he was so polite to help me book my hotel because of his courtesy I decided to shook this hotel.'

'Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go...

'Ernstige hinder van het verkeer op de snelweg, de gehele nacht.'

'The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor.'

'Easy access to everything being right off the highway, great staff and clean hotel.'

'We have NOT received our deposit back, and we left the room just the way it was when we got there (besides the bed not being made) I called last week and could not get through to anyone on the property. Expedia said they’d have them call me last Friday. And they have not . This place steals your money.'
