Located in the heart of Glenelg, this renovated 3 bedroom 1 bathroom character house is located just meters from Jetty Road.
With 1 off street car park, and plenty of room for a group traveling together, this property is ideal as a base to explore the surrounding seaside suburbs.
On the doorstep is the tram directly into the City; it`s also in a great spot to attend events at Wayville Showgrouds, the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, or to just visit the Fleurieu Peninsula and wine country.
The property is a single level free standing dwelling with fenced side and front courtyards. There is 1 very small step up to the back door, once within the property there are no steps.
We are not located at the property; whoever, we will speak to you on the day of check-in, and are always contactable by phone or email should you have any questions or require any assistance.
Glenelg is a fantastic location, and is Adelaide`s premier beach-side suburb for very good reason. It`s a family friendly suburb, with lots of dining and recreation options, including the award winning beachfront playspace, and esplanade riding, walking and scootering pathway.
The Holdfast Marina, which is a leisurely short walk away, has many additional dining and retail options.
The beach is a safe beach for swimming, and is host to many events (beach polo, volleyball, concerts); there are also many spots along the grassed esplanade to enjoy a picnic or just to sit and relax.
As the property is located in the heart of Glenelg, you will be able to shop, eat and enjoy all by going on foot.
If you wish to travel further a field, the property has 1 off street car park, and the public transport options in Glenelg are very good, including trams and buses. House rules: By booking with us, you agree to the following: *Following confirmation of your booking via Airbnb, we will email you a Booking Form with all the booking details and property address. Prior to arrival, please advise us of your expected arrival time via email or by phone on our office number (please see the Booking Form). To arrange check-in, on your day of arrival please telephone the office number on your Booking Form to arrange key collection. *Properties with keys:* Each property comes with 2 sets of keys and, if applicable, a remote for parking access. You agree to notify us immediately if you find there are not at least 2 sets of keys and, if applicable, a parking remote. In the event, you return the property to us without the above, you agree to pay $250 to cover key / parking remote replacement. *Check-in time*: Check-in is from 3pm. Please note: we make every effort to ensure properties are prepared for check-in by 3pm. However, on occasion exiting tenants fail to comply with the requirement to check-out by 10am. Where this occurs, as a matter of practical reality we may need to delay the check-in time to properly prepare the property after the late check-out. *After Hours check-in*: Our phones are turned off after 9pm. If you think you may be arriving after 9pm, you must notify us of this in advance so we can make arrangements to be available after hours. Unless you have arranged for a late check-in, we will not be responsible if you have difficulties checking in after 9pm. *Check-out time*: Strictly by 10am on the day of check-out (this is the date listed on your Booking Form). Charges for late check-out apply. *After Hours Availability*: Our office operates from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. In addition, we are contactable for emergencies and check-ins on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9am to 9pm and on weekdays from 6pm to 9pm. *Luggage*: As we do not have a physical reception, we are not able to store luggage for you prior to your check-in time or after check-out. *Email correspondence*: If you have provided an email address as part of booking a property, you are deemed to have received any email sent by us to that address. Sending an email to that address is deemed proper notice by us. *Parking*: Each property has 1 car park ideal for a small-medium sized vehicle. Please let us know if you have a large vehicle at the time of booking. *Cleaning*: The listed price does not include servicing/cleaning during the stay. We can arrange servicing and fresh linen during the stay at a cost to guests of $130 per clean. *Damage*: You authorise us to recover from you any loss we incur as a consequence of damage caused by you or your guests to the property or the furnishings in it. If you have provided credit card details to us, you authorise us to deduct up to $1,000 from your credit card for this purpose. *Parties*: Guests are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED FROM HOLDING ANY TYPE OF PARTY, OR GATHERING, IN THE PROPERTY, EVEN A SMALL PARTY OR GATHERING is not permitted. If you are in doubt, please speak to use prior to making a booking. You agree that, if you hold any type of party or gathering in the property: (1) you will immediately be evicted from the property without any entitlement to any refund of any amount paid in respect of your accommodation, including for any period after the date of your eviction; (2) you authorise us to immediately deduct up to $1,000 from any credit card the details of which you have provided to us for the purposes of deducting any other amount in respect of your accommodation; (3) you will not take any steps to challenge the deduction referred to in number (2) above via the issuer of the card. *Consideration of other tenants*: In consideration of other tenants, you must not make excessive noise in the property or public areas. *Utilities*: Utilities are included in the rental rate. However, you must ensure that all lights, air-conditioners and heaters are turned off when you are not in the apartment. A fair use policy of 21kwh per day applies to electricity; this is ample for day to day usage, however, it may be exceeded if electrical devices are left on when the property is empty, or if appliances are not used efficiently e.g. air conditioners on while windows or doors are left open. *Internet access*: There is free WIFI in The Angas, and Internet is by arrangement prior to check-in for The Wright. Limits apply, so please ensure you disable automatic downloads for Windows, Microsoft, etc. Do not leave the internet connected while you are not using your computer. Be careful - If you have ever previously used your computer to download movies via a Bit Torrent program, the program may activate while you are connected to the internet (even if you are not aware that it is active) allowing others to download from your computer. This could cause you to exceed the download limits. If, for any reason, we are unable to supply Internet, e.g. for a technical reason to do with the provider who supplies Internet to us, or due to a fault with our equipment, we will do everything we can to provide you with Internet access as quickly as we can. However, will not be liable for any loss you incur as a consequence of not being connected. You will not be entitled to any refund of your booking fee as a consequence of not having Internet during your stay. *Property becomes not available*: In the very unlikely event a property you have booked becomes unavailable (due to an unforeseeable event damaging the property, e.g. the carpets need to be replaced due to water damage etc.), we will take every step to provide you with another property of at least the same standard. We will not be liable if a property becomes unavailable for some reason, or if we are not able to provide a suitable alternative. You accept that there could be an unforeseeable event out of our control that may make a property unavailable. *Cleaning*: You must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. *Smoking*: Smoking is not permitted in the property. If you smoke in the property, you authorise us to deduct from your credit card or otherwise recover from you, $75 to apply towards having the furnishings deodorised. *Access*: You agree that, although unlikely, we may need to access the apartment from time to time and this may be necessary during your stay, e.g. to attend to repairs (if necessary). You agree that we may provide your mobile telephone number so that a tradesperson needing to access the apartment can arrange access with you directly. *Repairs, state of apartment etc*: We will endeavour to ensure that all appliances etc. in the property are working properly, there is not damage to the property and that the property is clean at check-in. If you notify us of a faulty appliance or that the property is not clean at check-in, we will take all reasonable steps to have the fault corrected as soon as possible. Where you notify us after hours, we will endeavour to have the fault corrected as soon as possible on the recommencement of business hours. The existence of a faulty appliance or another issue with the property will not entitle you to any discount on the booking fee. *Acts of god*: If the property is made unavailable as a consequence of an act of god, eg, a flood, you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee. You should ensure you are covered for this by your travel insurance. *Don’t leave valuables in the property*: Please don’t leave valuables in the property and please ensure the property is secured at all times. Our insurance only covers the house contents of the property, and does not cover your personal items. Our insurance is only valid in the case of a break and enter; therefore, if you leave the property unsecured and theft occurs, you will be liable for the replacement value of any items stolen. We will not be liable for any loss you incur as a consequence of someone stealing your valuables from your property. *Don’t leave valuables in your car*: Please don’t leave valuables in your car.

The location of this property was excellent - a short stroll to shops and the Glenelg pier and beach. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the ease of entry for our older children to come and go. All rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of space for the kids. We loved our stay!

Spacious house, best location
We loved our stay - house well accommodated 2 adults and 2 older teens. The off street parking took away any stress of being in such a busy location and both proximity to the beach and a full range of dining options was excellent.

The Heritage Glenelg stay was amazing!
We loved staying at the Heritage. It has lots of space, is very cosy and very nicely styled. The location is amazing. Glenelg is a wonderful place to stay to experience Adelaide. The Heritage is metres from the main street bursting with restaurants, cafes and shops and of course the beautiful beach! If you are going to Adelaide for the first time, Glenelg is the place to stay and this accomodation is perfect for families or friends!

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5! Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed including your basic pantry staples. Location is amazing beach, cafes, shopping all at your doorstep. Will stay here again when visiting adelaide next.

The house was located centrally in Glenelg with access to all amenities in very short walking distance, including the tram service.
The bathroom hand basin was blocked and useless. The kitchen TV was unreliable but apart from these issues there were no other problems.

Nice property in a great location
Comfortably accommodates three couples with another single or two couples and three singles/kids sharing. Has a big kitchen/dining area with TV and a separate lounge. One small bathroom with shower only. Exterior space is limited but there is a BBQ and outdoor setting for 4.
Facilities are great. Fast internet and Netflix, although we didn't use it much. Central air conditioning was very effective and quiet. Kitchen is well appointed including a coffee pod machine and a washer/dryer (although the exterior washing line is a better option for drying in summer). Only thing missing is a dishwasher.
Best thing is the position. Only a short walk to the beach and just off the main drag in Glenelg with heaps of restaurants and shopping. The other thing nice about Glenelg is that it was typically 5 or 6 degrees cooler than Adelaide, which is a lot when Adelaide temperatures hovered around 40 for three days of the week we were there.
Communications with the owner was timely and effective, although once we were in there was no need for further contact.

Fantastic location!
We had a very relaxing stay at the house and we thoroughly enjoyed everything that Glenelg and Adelaide has to offer. We have two children aged 2 and 8 and it was a perfect family holiday. The house had everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay, it was clean, well equipped and surprisingly quiet due to the location of the property. We would definitely stay there again.
