• The property does not have ocean views or direct beach access. Guests reach the beach via the nearby public street route.
• The shared path beside the front residence is private and is not available to short-stay guests.
• There is no washing machine or laundry at the property, however, there is a laundromat 3 doors down.

Maximum occupancy

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during quiet hours. Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
