The kitchen flows seamlessly from the living zone, offering modern appliances, ample bench space and everything needed for easy meals or longer stays. A four-seat dining table invites shared breakfasts or casual dinners at home.

Both bedrooms are styled as quiet retreats, each featuring a queen bed, bedside lighting and mirrors. The primary bedroom enjoys city outlooks and an attached ensuite, while the second bedroom offers a restful, well-appointed space for additional guests. The main bathroom is sleek and functional, stocked with essentials and hot water for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are neatly tucked away for convenience.

Beyond the apartment, you`ll have access to impressive shared amenities: a rooftop with panoramic views and a putting green, swimming pool, gym, cinema and billiards room. Secure lift access and on-site parking complete the experience, making this an effortless base for city living.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Note: Some parts of the carpets in the property have permanent stains, but rest assured that we regularly clean the carpets.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
