The living area is designed for slow evenings and easy connection, with a generous sofa positioned around the TV for movie nights, quiet reading, or catching up after a day exploring the Hills. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine, giving guests everything needed for easy meals at home. The large dining table comfortably seats ten, making shared breakfasts, long lunches, and relaxed dinners feel effortless.

Sliding doors open onto a covered patio area with dining, offering a comfortable space to enjoy fresh country air throughout the seasons. The backyard provides additional room for children to play or for guests to unwind outdoors. A dedicated workspace creates a practical setup for remote work or study, while ducted heating and cooling keep the home comfortable year-round.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe storage, while the third bedroom offers a single-over-double bunk ideal for families or friends travelling together. The fourth bedroom includes a single bed alongside a single bunk bed, plus bedside lighting and wardrobe space. The main bathroom includes a shower and spa bath for relaxing at the end of the day.

Laundry facilities with a washing machine and iron are also available, and undercover parking is provided on site.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
