Duplex with wonderful sea views in Adeje Paradise; the best complex in Tenerife. It includes two master bedrooms, one on each level and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, walk-in closet and a terrace of 25m2 with magnificent views. Wi-Fi and parking included. The complex is inspired by the Arabic architecture andit has 3 swimming pools, one being heated in Winter, security 24/7 and beautiful gardens… A luxury residence! The apartment
Enjoy your vacation to the fullest in our 100m2 duplex apartment full of light! It consists of one large bedroom with a king-size bed and walk-in closet, one bathroom on one level and a master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom on the other level. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a 25m2 terrace with amazing views of the beautiful complex as well as the sea. Parking and Wi-Fi included. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the terrace!
Common Areas
The complex is known for its unique touch of Arabic architecture. It has 3 swimming pools, one being heated in winter, security 24/7 and beautiful gardens… A luxury residence! A pool bar is open all day long with a very good menu and the team is very hospitable. Enjoy having a drink by the pool, or a lunch after sunbathing.

The area
The airport is only a 20-minute car ride away from the residence and you can find Las Americas and Los Cristianos within 10 minutes. The complex is located in a quiet residential area. There are lots of possible excursions in the area within 15 minutes by car: surfing at the beach, the waterpark Siam Park (the biggest waterpark in Europe), shopping malls, hikes through the mountains, etc.
The sea is just 200m from the complex and there are a couple of little beaches in Playa Paraiso but if you want to go to the best-known beaches in the south as Playa del Duque it will only take you 10 minutes by car.
The best transportation option in Tenerife is the car, it is the cheapest and easiest way and gives you the freedom to move around as you desire. We recommend you to rent a car before your arrival and pick up the keys directly at the airport upon arrival. The parking in the complex is included.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem Meerblick, sehr gute Betreuung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht, gemütlich und läßt kaum Wünsche übrig. Es steht ausreichend Stauraum zur Verfügung. Alles ist sauber. Das Internet funktioniert überall problemlos. Die Hausverwaltung reagiert sofort, falls Probleme auftauchen. Angesichts Ihrer Nähe zum Pool ist die Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig gebaut, was sich gelegentlich nachts bemerkbar macht.
