'I am beyond frustrated writing this, but the experience my husband and I just had with a Vrbo property in Reading, Pennsylvania demands your immediate attention.The listing was blatantly misleading. Not “slightly off.” Not “a little different.” Completely misleading.When we arrived, the exterior of the property looked like something out of a neglected, abandoned site—run-down, poorly maintained, and frankly embarrassing to even pull up to. It immediately created concern, discomfort, and a strong...

'Very nice stay. Unfortunately, door code would not work until exactly 3pm....(I know) but it would not work at 240pm or 258pm....... I mean, that really inconvenient....This will continue to push people towards hotels... We have to be out by 10am exactly, or there's a fee. but god forbid we get into the room 10 minutes early .... Shame.'

'Perfect location… quiet and peaceful, but convenient to everything. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished room with everything one would need during a stay and more. Very private, and such a restful place to recharge!'

'Our stay was amazing! The farm was absolutely beautiful and the fresh milk, eggs, bread, and baked goods were a charming touch. Looking out the window at the cows in the pasture took me back to my childhood spending the night on my grandparents farm. It was a perfect place to unplug and relax. The hospitality was as wonderful! It was a convenient distance for our Sight and Sound show. Although they were very respectful the VRBO is attached to the main house and you can hear footsteps and doors...

'The inside was beautiful! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was even better than listed! Everything inside was wonderful! Sitting out on the porch was possibly a bit of a letdown. Our view was of a garage and a dumpster. We thought our view would be of the park in the pictures. But, we were able to take a walk around the park.'

'I don't even know where to start with how awesome our stay here was! Excellent communication. Every time I asked a question, it was answered immediately. We weren't sure of our travel plans on the arrival day, so she ok'd an early check-in which worked out perfectly. We arrived early, unpacked our stuff, and then went back out to explore knowing that we wouldn't need to unpack once we returned.As soon as we walked in, we heard calm music playing over the speakers and the water fountain bubbling....

'This was such a fun and unique place to celebrate a birthday with 4 close friends. The wagon is simply - fun! And the outdoor space was accommodating and perfect for just hanging together. The only suggestion would be to have additional hooks for hanging bath towels, but certainly not any kind of deal breaker for the cuteness of the wagon. All was very clean, well decorated, and definitely a great glamping adventure.'

'Our recent stay was fabulous. The location in downtown Ephrata was excellent, near many places to shop and eat. Walmart and Giant Grocery store were nearby. The apartment itself had much larger rooms than they appear in the photos. Recently completely remodeled with all high-end finishes. Immaculately clean, and I am real fussy. The decor is modern yet comfortable. Our host was so easy to work with and was in touch with us promptly when we had any questions.'
