« I gave a lower score because the Check-in staff could do a little better with letting guest know about the crazy garage that you park your car in. When we entered the hotel after parking the car I mentioned the parking and the response from staff was yes it’s crazy, well a little heads up would have been appreciated in advance at check in. »

« The parking situation is like musical chairs. Even though you are assigned a parking space, it seems like the only people that enforce that is the front desk. »

« The room was nice but the air conditioner was so loud so it didn’t make sleeping very comfortable. The room was clean except for a couple bugs on the floor. »

« Excellent location. Beautiful property very very clean. Connected to the arcade which is very bright and well lit. If visiting Downtown Dayton definitely recommend staying here. »

« They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room! »
