Capsulehotels in Abidjan

'Clean and fresh'

'It’s a gorgeous property and was spotless. The food was good. The front desk, wait staff and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. Overall I had a nice stay. It doesn’t get 5 stars because they forgot to pick me up from the airport and only sent the driver when I got outside, found no one waiting for me and called to ask, which took another 45 minutes. Luckily I had a working sim, I speak French and I’m familiar with Abidjan. This could have gone sideways for someone else....

'I did book this hotel via Hotels.com but at check-in my pre-payment at Hotels.com was not settled. Therefore I needed to pay again to get access to my room. The hotel did this by checking in again, so I payed twice! It was the first and last time for me using Hotels.com and staying at Ivotel Abidjan.'

'Clean room staff are friendly'

'Yes, everyghing was great. From the clean room tk the staff and amenities and the landscape. The only thing i found a little less exciting was the breakfast, that could have been a little better with some healthy brown bread, cheese and nuts, etc... but overall, excellent place to stay. After tenovatikn it will become more shinning and stunning.'

'Terrible customer service. I was charged to much for a late check out. First they admitted but cannot/ don’t want to refund. After that they said it was my own fault and indirectly accused me of lying. Never aigain. '

'L'établissement est vraiment propre et le personnel agréable. Petit-déjeuner bien. Petit piscine mais suffisant pour se détendre. L’hôtel est calme excepté le soir, les portes résonnent quand ont les ferment, cela peut-être dérangeant quand on dort. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné des commodités.'
