« The Hotel was quite Olde Worlde dated in places but to be expected given the age of the place,nice comfy bed,clean room, bar area lovely and the outside bar and marquee was excellent,The staff really nice and friendly nothing too much trouble for them,we stayed 2 nights with breakfast very very good portions we struggled a little was very tasty too,we always managed to park behind in the small car park hopefully will return soon. »

The building is not new, the furniture might seem dated but very functional and no visible defects and had a very good sleep , very comfy bed and all linesn and bathroom and everything else very clean. « What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

« The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment. »

« Whilst the room was relatively clean, it did not resemble the advertised pictures. It was more like a HMO than a ‘hotel’ or ‘B&B’. There is a number lock to enter the building and then another number lock on the bedroom door - no staff. - and more like poor student digs. The room was a Victorian front room converted and the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. In the morning I was bitten by some smaller occupants of the room!!! « Had a great trip for our honeymoon. We were greeted at check in with a glass of complimentary prosecco and a card and message in the room which was very appreciated and helped to start our trip on the right note. The rooms are spacious, Chromecast was very helpful on the TV and while some aspects are slightly dated the resort as a whole is very nice, with good pool facilities. The walk into Cromer was refreshing for us but some may find it a longer walk. Overall very happy with our stay. »
