'Amazing.'

'The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. '

'Room was too small..Bathroom is dirty state..bedsheets dirry. Pillows cases ripped. Towels were roughand jad stains..water goes all over the floor after having shower..can slip easily. Cupboards were dirty .Safe was not working..i queried but staff didnt care to sort it out. Reception check in took ages and staff no greeting with curtesy. Breakfast was limited and not tempting atall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Hygiene and safety not been considered. '

'Cockroaches in the room , the breakfast looked like it was from a week ago. Only plus point is the location as close to vfs.'

'The entire experience was quite disappointing. The staff was largely unresponsive, and our check-in was delayed by almost an hour. Several amenities were still under construction, which was not communicated beforehand. We had booked the room for three guests, yet basic facilities and amenities were provided for only one person. To make matters worse, I found the manager's attitude to be rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Given that this hotel is part of a well-known and reputed...

'The condition of bathroom was terrible. The bedsheet and towel prpvides were not clean. The area is convenient to travel and has some amazing fooding option. The staff at hotel was cooperative.'
