'Nice room, friendly staff and very good breakfast!!!'

'I arrived and told that my room was canceled only to find one or two people working and the nice women offered to clean a dirty room the best she could. Expedia helped for over an hour when I called. I will never stay at a tru by Hilton again. People were cutting hair next to the pool and the lobby was full of people that weren’t staying there. The staff was rude except for the woman that cleaned our room. The manager or owner in plain clothes was yelling at a staff women in a green...

Tv, magnetron, koelkast. Bed was prima.

One of our favorite features was the deck right outside the room, overlooking the Flat River—it was such a peaceful and beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view. The location is also fantastic, with downtown Lowell and its restaurants and dining options just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to drive. Overall, the...
