« I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable...

« My granddaughter got glass in her foot around the pool. My son slipped on the steps in the pool as they were so slick. The couch in the rooms must have been 50 years old, faded and worn and sagged. The floor in the hall on the 3rd floor were in terrible condition »

« Grande chambre. Suggestion pour l'hôtel : il n'est pas nécessaire de laisser tourner la climatisation dans les chambres surtout quand elles sont inoccupées car cela fait du bruit. »

« Our stay was great. Super comfortable beds and great lounging space. The only negative was the lack of direct connection to the rest of the area. The hotel is in a complex with restaurants and shops; however, there was not an easy or clearly marked way to walk there. We had to walk along the entry drive and avoid cars at night. »
