'We spent a week and a half at the Grand Hotel Royal and found the hotel to be the perfect choice for us. When you want to make a day trip you are very close to the train and bus station and the harbour. When you like to relax a bit the pool and beach are perfect whith lovely views over the Gulf of Naples. I would advice this hotel to anyone! Only thing to consider is that the see view and lateral see view rooms are very expensive and from the hotel garden you have the same view, so would not...

'De kamers zijn uitstekend, er is geen lift en wij zaten op de 3e etage bovendien stond de schoonmaak wagen permanent naast onze voordeur, dat hoort niet! Het eten is royaal maar geen bijzondere keuken, hoewel hun roerei heel goed is. Hun wijnen zijn matig, het bier is wel goed. De zwembaden waren fantastisch, een kleiner en een enorm zwembad. Er is aan de buitenkant wel het nodige achterstallig onderhoud. Tot slot, de ligging is prachtig.'
