'We had a very nice stay at the Versante hotel, close to Vancouver airport, on the last day of our holiday in Canada and Alaska. The personnel is very friendly, always helpful and friendly, whatever the request. The hotel has clean rooms, a quality bathroom and amenities. The pool is nice too, although it’s next to the airport. I can recommend the hotel to anyone, for leisure or business.'

'Heerlijk bed, geen mini bar, slechte service, geen mogelijkheid om room service op kamer te nuttigen, hele slechte restaurants, slecht ontbijt, badkamer prima, ramen kunnen niet open, raar tikkend geluid vanwege allerlei constructie werkzaamheden on site, geen gratis wifi, veel te weinig kastruimte om kleding op te hangen of op te bergen.'

'didn't like. The area was fantastic literally 5 min walk from the water front, restaurants within walking distance. The facilities within the hotel were fantastic, it was my husband's birthday and the hotel sent up a complimentary cake up to the room while we were out. The gym and the spa were exceptional, the only thing I wish is that they had a swimming pool or sauna. The sauna was in the spa ans there was a hot tub area on the roof top lounge. 'Located in the financial hub of Vancouver, the Hyatt Alberni is convenient for the shops and restaurants on Robson Street and near to the cruise terminal. The junior suite that I had was spacious and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for pre-cruise accommodation. '
