'Super vriendelijke ontvangst met sapje en persoonlijke begeleiding naar de kamer. Het eten is erg goed en `s avonds komen rondom het zwembad de wasbeertjes water drinken en rondscharrelen. Rustig park, af en toe bruiloft op het strand. '

'A little oasis! Gorgeous garden with a pool. The staff is superkind! Special thank you to Nancy, Mario and Endy! The complimentary dinner is sometimes great, sometimes mediocre but breakfast is always terrific. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The beach is frequented by locals and tourists alike and a great place for surfing from beginners upward. The hotel's beach area is very nice with a small pool. Only minus is the costs of tours and activities. Tamarindo has something to offer...

'The service was great. For the price that we paid I would have expected at least a view of the beach or a closer walk. Instead it was a 19 minute hike down a pretty steep hill with potholes. They also advertised a shuttle to the beach, when we asked for it the staff was not aware that that was offered on hotels.com. Once we showed them it was listed, they were happy to take us down to the beach. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. We even saw some monkeys outside of the room. Overall...

'This was one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. The staff was excellent. The rooms were great. The breakfast was light and gets you going. The spa was great and the pool was perhaps the best we have ever been in. The staff is accommodating and made our honeymoon truly special.
One thing, do not leave any food items open in your room, the insects will find a way. That was completely our fault. :-)'

'This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.'
