'Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich gut, kein Kaffeeautomat, nur wässriger Kaffee aus der Kanne z.B., aber das Personal hat alles unternommen, um uns entgegenzukommen und uns immer Cappuccinos von der Hotelbar gebracht. Vielen Dank.
Das ganze Personal und der Service sind hervorragend. Der Pool ist sehr groß, gut zum schwimmen. Die Saunas sind leider separat.'

'Sewer smell in the room. It was not possible to change the room, because they “fixed” the problem. But smell stays for all 4 days. Air conditioning works very bad. Bed sheets were changed after only 3 days when I asked them to change. Outdated hotel, there are plenty hotels in the area at the same price level.'

'Except for the view and location nothing is worth the price, single beds are joined to make king beds on uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, soundproofing is a misleading point because you can clearly hear all conversations from the surrounding rooms. Breakfast is good, staff is respectful and welcoming. Everything else you might as well pay a $100 more for a better stay elsewhere. Location was great if you want to see the white city, grab food or walk to the sea.'

'The property was absolutely amazing. We were in Baku for the FIFA U15 World Cup. The location was ideal as it was less than 10 min drive to the field. The property was clean, including the rooms, lobby and restaurant. The food was good and the staff were helpful especially with the language barrier. Keep up the great service.

'I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at this place!!! They are all very polite, welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
The breakfast selection was good, with a good variety of hot foods, pastries, cereals, etc.
The hotel is a little out of the way- but about a half hour walk down to the water and all the shopping. Or take a bolt taxi.
The rooms were average- but honestly- you are really only in your room to sleep. The bed was really comfy!!!
