'Our stay at Tranquilo Lodge was an absolute dream. Sebastien and Christophe are the most amazing hosts. Sebastien helped us plan out the best 4-5 day itenerary and was always around to help with anything we needed during our stay. 'This resort provides an authentic "forest" experience while at the same time making sure all one's needs are taken care of. Dining is surprisingly good (my husband is a gourmet chef so he should know) as is the service! We couldn't ask for more but got it thanks to the friendliness of the owners. They are ever present and offer great advice (as well as conversation) for a fulfilling experience. We were sincerely sad to leave and hope to return in the future...'

'We loved our stay at Pura Vida Ecolodge. Perfect accommodations for our two couples. Excellent pre-visit packages with lots of information about the property and the surrounding area. We hiked the "hundreds of white steps" trail and it turned out to be 614 steps-give or take-each way. Gersan and Illiana were fabulous! The road is a challenge so believe Joe when he says you need 4WD!'
