« Arguably the best ever hotel I have ever stayed in China. The room is spacious and clean. Unlike many other hotels in China (including a five star hotel in same area I stayed before), everything in this hotel works as they are designed to. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! A minor complaint is that its telephone set is unintuitive to use. »

« The rooms are beautifully decorated as compared to the first impression you receive on arriving at the lobby. The lake view facing room is the icing on the cake. Language is a barrier but the staff puts in great efforts to understand the guests requirements. Overall a pleasant stay. »

« No curtain to block the sunshine in the morning. So you will wake up by 5 am because of the sunshine. Apart from that, everything else are wonderful! »

« When I arrived at the Hotel, I was greeted by an English speaking receptionist who booked me into the room. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was provided with a soft western style mattress which surprised me since the hotel was of a Chinese style. The housekeeping staff provided extra waters on a regular basis, and turned down the daily gratuity I left until I insisted they take it. The Hotel provided a daily breakfast with the room, which was of a Chinese style but provided plenty...
