'Clean room but room was as bland as can be, not even one picture 9n a single wall. Only one small pillow per person. Staff very limited english. When arrived we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves with no help. Expected more from the Melia chain. Park tickets were cheeper online that on the hotel. Lots of noise on the hall ways. Of the 8 hotels I have stayed so far the last i would rank.'

'Very nice, very clean and very comfortable. You can walk to the beach but it’s not the nicest part of the beach. Better hire one of their scooters.
There went something wrong with the bill, but they took care off it very professionally and even offered a free transfer to the airport for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place. '

'Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from Malaysia really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Hotel Phu Quoc.
As Muslim travellers, halal food is one of our main concerns when travelling. We were happy that the hotel provides several halal food options, which made our stay more convenient.
The swimming pool is also very spacious, and our children really enjoyed it. We added one extra bed in the room, so the room became a little smaller, but it was still comfortable enough and not a big issue...
