« I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus. The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft. Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property »

« Overall great stay - it's a lovely location and food is splendid. But we did request to move room after first night due to the noise of a boiler attached to other side of the wall in room 1. The manager made this move very easy, but of course it would be a different story if they had been fully booked. »

« Difficult to set temperature in the room. Uncomfortable bed and smelly. Breakfast food very poor, low quality Some hairs (not mine) in the bathroom. Not at Mercure standards. »

« Chambre non conforme à la réservation. Chambre handicapée (non demandée) sale et vétuste. Après 1h, nous avons quitté l'hôtel sans y dormir. Après contact avec Hotel.com, comme l'hôtel anglais ne rembourse pas, hôtel.com ne fait rien de plus et ne propose qu'une obole de 25€ et c'est tout. Scandaleux ! Ancien client de ce site (nombreuses réservations) nous déplorons la relation clientèle dans ce cas de figure. »
