'Lovely stay within walking distance to the beach and the bus stop. The bed was really comfortable and despite the heatwave, the room was quite cool - I appreciated that very much. The hotel clearly cares about their guests as I heard one employee asking another if all the rooms were stocked with water and they refilled my and others’ water bottles with cold water.'

'While the location is nice the parking is 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Even dropping off luggage is a challenge as it’s right at a very crowded tiny car park. Sadly Expedia sold us the Penthouse room (photos were of it) at a 50 pound discount yet when we got there we got a room with a small window mostly iverlooking the roof and kitchen smoke stack and just a tiny bit of the water. Not happy! Manager said Expedia does that and they have no control. He did take half off dinner but we would...

'Property was well located for walking into town inside facilities where good everything you needed for a good stay . Property was very clean fresh bedding and towels and a welcome pack with local products . Only downside was having to continual find a parking space or move car due to parking restiction .website advertised on site parking .
Overall a good weeks stay in a lovely place.'

'What a beautiful house and in such a beautiful estate. The welcome bag was also top notch! The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen well stocked with equipment.
The only thing we found was that none of the shaver sockets worked to charge our toothbrushes- but a £4 adapter fixed that, and the pillows weren’t great - I’d normally bring my own but didn’t on this occasion.
Lovely walks around the estate and close to Lyme Regis. Very peaceful. '
