'Absolutely the best hotel we’ve stayed in here in Cyprus. Both loved here in Cyprus for 5 years but from amazing hospitality, a friendly check in, great breakfast service, to a fantastic room. We absolutely loved it. The only minor bit of feedback I’d give, is for breakfast team members to ensure guests know what is included in a ‘free’ breakfast, and what isn’t. As this was confusing for us. The rest absolutely 10\10! Well done! Highly recommend. '

'Small uncomfortable single bed, air conditioning didn’t work, stuffy bathroom, dated and tired furniture, scratchy towels. Safe didn’t work, I asked twice for it to be fixed, never was. No WiFi in the fourth floor despite repeated requests the front desk personnel were not helpful. With other options around the area I would not stay there again.'

'the hotel is fine for this budget - you can not expect anything special, but beds are fine, room was clean, all the small issues were ok - towels, water, noises - nothing here to complain. But stuff - this is a separate question. Not friendly, not polite, they are treating you as they are forced to. No smiles, no attention to details. Like bad robots. As a sample - i asked for wake-up call, and did not get it))). So missed the breakfast which was included in my rate. On check-out - just one...

'The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia.'
