'If you get a good deal this hotel its worth it. The pool, beach and bars are excellent. The rooms are dated and food is just ok. However if you are looking to spend a week at beautiful pools and the beach you will enjoy the hotel. Just know what you are getting and what you are giving up. My family with two kids 17 and 14 had a great time as they are not particular about food and don’t care about dated rooms.'

'I did not receive any email notification on how to check in. This is not hotel. Those are apartments for rent with no pool or access to the beach. The phone number does not work and nobody answers emails. Terrible experience because I had to look for another place to stay at 10.30pm with a child. I am disputing the charges. '

'I went in knowing I was probably getting a mid range hotel given the price.
Pro’s: the shuttles to get around were nice, loved the multiple pools, enjoyed the speciality cocktails, and nightly entertainment.
Cons: you had to take a shuttle to get to the beach, chairs had to be reserved early and there was little shade, you could only go to a few restaurants which was a huge disappointment, the Buffett at our location was AWFUL, the air conditioner wasn’t working in my room and I called them...
