'An all round excellent experience. Rooms large, clean, comfortable. Wifi worked well in my room on the ground floor although i heard this wasn't the case in all rooms. Restaurant excellent. Nice pool. Best thing of all though is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Just need to be aware this is not in the centre of town but there is a taxi rank just outside. Very good value hotel. Would definitely go back.'

'Internet, water,and power are turned off most of the day. If you want water for the shower or toilet you would ask the front desk and within 3 hours you would recieve cold water. I stayed there a month with no hot water ever. Swimming pool was a pond open to the community. No TV. This is camping, not staying at a nice hotel. The windows in the 4 different rooms i stayed in were broken. They would move me each time something would brake. '

'Et førsteklasses hotell; et av de aller beste vi har bodd på! Stort rom med flott balkong med oversikt over Bujumbura og Lake Tanganyika. Hotellets ledelse og personale var svært hjelpsomme og fikk oss til å føle oss hjemme.Maten var meget god! Stort og rent svømmebasseng. Dette er et hotell vi trygt kan anbefale!!'
