'We stayed for 7 days and there was no internet on any of those 7 days. The reception staff were not at all friendly; they didn't even respond when we said good morning or good evening. Abir and her friends from the breakfast team were very helpful and friendly; they always said good morning and asked how we were. The hotel's airport transfer fee was very expensive, $30 per person; we booked a transfer from another place and paid $30 for two people. The room we stayed in was a honeymoon suite,...

'We've spend three nights at this hotel. It's well located, the room was spacious and the bed was good. The staff was friendly, but for several times we repeatedly had to ask for laundry service (7 times!) and room cleaning. '

'Very friendly staff, trying to provide the best service to their customers. A very warm welcome with a complimentary drink, explanations about the hotel, the island, trips, ...
Food was tasty and fresh.
The room with city view was OK, good A/C, in my opinion a little dark because some other rooms located next to ours, so if you want some privacy you need to close the curtains.
I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff and the great food!'

'The pictures they advertise are not at all the property. Broken windows , broken terrace , no island view, no lock on balcony door in room , no drinks,no food besides breakfast that is eggs , chicken hot dog and bread . The food menu they give you and then tell you they don’t have it . They advertise free shuttle but then ask you to pay for it and taxes each night on arrival . Then they asked again on departure and finally did take me to airport free after a struggle with management . The roof...
