« I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. The location is great -- right on the beach, which is a quick walk away. We received great check-in information and it went off without a hitch. « This home’s location on the canal was lovely. The 2 decks on either side of the living area on the 3rd floor provided excellent views of the canal and the gorgeous sunsets. The dock made it easy to use our kayak and fish. There was an outdoor grill and fire pit area as well. All were well maintained.This house has a pool under construction. We knew this when we rented it so went in knowing there would be noise/construction debris. The crew did not work Saturday or Sunday, which was nice. The...

« We came in on a Saturday and left Tuesday and wished we could have stayed longer!! Amazing property and would definitely book again! Super quick minute walk to the beach and the most beautiful screened porch to enjoy the amazing beach views from! And then once inside you can see the same from every room. Just amazing!!! »

« We really enjoyed the location of the property. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us. It did have a few issues. There were ants in the kitchen, no cabinets to store food and really needed a dehumidifier. Everything felt damp. We did enjoy our stay . »

« We absolutely loved the house and attention to detail with all the little “extras” like the swing in the backyard, the fire pit, and the floating corn hole set! The house was very clean overall, and we enjoyed the artsy extras like the totem and driftwood. My only recommendation would be to provide more bath towels and washcloths. We had I think 6 towels between 5 adults and I was never 100% who had used which towel so it made for frequent wash loads. But that is such a tiny complaint compared...

« The master bedroom has wall to wall 10ft windows and no window treatments. No privacy at night and bright at sunrise.The elevator does not work, dishwashers had to be replaced during the stay, cook top is hard to work. One of the king bedroom's balcony door leaked so bad that the carpet was soaked. The place had not been maintained well.The management company responded well and did everything they could to assist with issues. »

« My husband and our Aussiedoodle enjoyed a week in Sunflower 1 this week! The one bedroom cottage did not disappoint! It was clean and welcoming, the weather was nice and so relaxing. We're looking forward to staying here again this year. »
