'The property was in a great location. The room was very inviting & home-like. The pool was very refreshing too. The only thing we found of concern was the bathroom needed a little more attention & cleaning. We would still stay here again because the manager was quick to address our concern upon entering the room. '

'Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. 'Great area near Lobster Festival. Very walkable to activities and shopping along the way. Loved the balcony room and could watch the parade on Saturday morning from it. Breakfast was great with wonderful selections and great coffee. Will stay there again when attending the festival.'

'We had the best stay, staff was very helpful and friendly, the food very good. The only improvement should be on the room’s curtains, the space with the single bed didn’t have any curtain and the ones in the main room were not very light proofed.'

'Bryan and Rebekah are a wealth of knowledge about the area. They were wonderful to talk to. Cabin 5 is charming and very comfortable. Perfect place to explore the area. We visited Rockport, Camden, Rockland, Lincolnville, Belfast and Union. All easy drives from this location. Be sure to check out Mt. Battie, Breakwater Light and Heron schooner'

'What a beautiful little cottage! Such a great open floor plan, close to town, right on the river, it was perfect, thank you! '

'Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. '

There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
