« Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumière ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant...

« The room appeared clean, but there was like laundry unstoppables spilled behind the night stand between the beds, so It makes me question how often they move stuff. The sheets look visibly clean but we bring a black light (years of travel) to check for bugs and stains, No Bugs but they had several stains on a bottom sheet that showed up on one of the beds. In the Hotels defence it looked clean, but not under the black light not so much, I know we are a little extreme but, there are reasons we...

« I would definitely book with Brookwood again. I've been to Branson many many times, and this is my new favorite place. Our air conditioning didn't work when we arrived, and they had it fixed within the hour. Great breakfast. Great dessert. Great pool. Very clean. And its right next to pirate puttputt so we could walk there. I will go back next time! »

« When we checked in and went to our room, we found that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My wife went to the desk and explained that we have meds that must be refrigerated. The gentleman at the front desk promptly brought one to us. Everything else was great from the start - it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. »
