'clean room - front desk staff very helpful'

'My husband and I stayed at the Conference Centre both on our way to Lake Superior and upon our return to Toronto. The suites were clean and the towels were crispy and fresh. What I would like to commend most is the bathroom of one of the suites. The design of the shower took into consideration of the needs of the seniors and people with disabilities.'

'One big complaint I had was the smell outside. Although no fault of the Inn, the dump in close proximity was very rank smelling. I have stayed here a handful of times and i haven’t experienced this before. I was gagging while outside the room. Inside, thankfully there was no smell. My bed also had noticeable divots from being well used.'
