'The floors were sticky, lamps had what appeared to be mold, bed frame was broken; felt like was going to fall off if rolled wrong. Furniture was stained and nasty. Booked well in advance for 2 nights. Left the first day came back that evening and our key fob would not work because the front desk only programmed it for one night. Just a very uncomfortable stay. We originally booked here because it had wonderful reviews, I feel that this is very misleading and wanted people to know our experience....

'I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The property suffers from a severe lack of basic maintenance, cleanliness, and accuracy in what is advertised and paid for in advance.
Severe Bathroom & Hygiene Issues: The restroom was in awful condition. There was a broken, sharp porcelain tile on the floor, posing a clear safety hazard. That I cut my foot on. Worse, the pest control is non-existent—we had roaches crawling directly out of the bathtub and ants all over the walls.

'The property was nice but we did have a hard time regulating the temperature. I felt like it could be a little cleaner and I do think they should rethink the breakfast. I would not consider that a breakfast.'
