'This apartment is great, right in historic downtown in Union Square, the best place in Timisoara. Beautifully renovated and super secure (3 keypad entries) made our self check-in a breeze after midnight. The area is very secure to walk at any time of day and during the night, full of restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops and beautiful, colorful buildings. The host was very nice and responded really fast to any questions or requests. The apartment looks like in the listing photos. Very cute kitchen...

'The receptionist behaved terribly, it is unacceptable to yell and argue with customers at the level he did. But the most horrible thing is the manager just waved that he knew that the girl's behavior was inappropriate and did nothing. I hope the owner of the hotel will talk to them after this so that they are aware that the guest comes first. If there are no guests, they have no salary and no job'
