« This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. The food in the restaurant also didn’t disappoint. Full of flavour and the pasta was among the best I’ve ever had (homemade pasta sauce was divine) Don’t even hesitate, this...

« L Hotel FALORIA est bien situé au centre de MOENA, avec de très belles chambres neuves et modernes, la literie est de bonne qualité. Il faut mettre la voiture sur un parking qui se trouve à 2-3 minutes à pied de l hôtel. Nous avions réservé la chambre avec Petit-déjeuner. Celui ci est de bonne qualité, varie et copieux...le petit resto est très mignon....vous pouvez demander du café, du capuccino etc ...le personnel est sympa également. Il y a des restaurants Pizzerias tout autour de l...

« Le séjour s’est très bien passé, la chambre propre agréable, le spa génial Des points négatifs notables sur l’expérience : le petit déjeuner: le café est à revoir, du jus de chaussette alors que nous sommes en Italie… quel dommage. Personne ne nous a présenté ce qu’il y avait à manger en plus du buffet. La qualité du service ne reflète pas la qualité de l’hôtel et du spa. Le dîner possible est uniquement entre 18h30 et 19h30… des horaires très restreint surtout quand les spa ferme à 19h....

« Bon séjour dans un hotel idéalement placé, légèrement en retrait de la route principale. Chambre de taille moyenne mais propre et confortable et avec un balcon. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. On a testé les 2 restaurants de l'hotel, la nourriture était correcte. Tout le staff est compétent et très gentil. Le seul petit bémol : les robes de chambre (et sac serviettes spa) sont récupérées la veille du départ ce qui empeche une dernière soirée cocooning »

« The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. »

« The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. »

« Bel hotel rustique. Le toit terrasse avec piscine est magnifique. Quelques problèmes avec la chambre : frigo ne fonctionne pas, sechoir à cheveux brisé. Il n'y a pas d'aur climatisé dans l'hotel. Nous avons dormi la porte exterieure ouverte mais l'air ne circule pas. »
