'Room was clean and comfortable. Young lady Nora at front desk was wonderful - very friendly and beyond helpful. But, typical of Tru - lack of storage space if you were to be there beyond a couple of days.'

'I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It was only my young son and I, and we felt safe staying here.. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked through the door. The room was very clean and smelled nice. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it a nice review. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the area over the years and this was by far the nicest. '

'Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. '

'We found this hotel late in the evening off the hotel.com app while traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio. We got to the hotel late (midnight) but Jasmine (front staff) was very efficient at getting us checked in and provided us each with a nice complimentary water bottle. The beds were very comfortable and we literally stayed until check-out time to catch up on some much needed rest. They have great blackout curtains and the large bathroom and beautiful shower was a plus. I would recommend this...

'The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. '

'We had a pleasant stay at Hampton Inn and Suites at Liberty Township. The lobby area was spacious and modern. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the bowl of apples and oranges for guests. We used the pool and the fitness room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall a good experience and stay.'
