'House was very nice and in a great location. Great communication with the host. The checkout and cleaning process is a bit cumbersome and takes a bit of time. Renters are expected to clean and put away all the dishes and not just run the dishwasher along with stripping the bed etc, so plan ahead.'

'My wife and I have stayed in more than 10 condos at Kuilima Estates over the last 25 years. 183 West is the best! Condo Condition = Excellent. Appears to have been recently remodeled. Bugs = Zero! We did not see a single bug during our two week stay. Appliance Condition = Like new. Fully functional. Shower = Excellent. Better than what I have at home. Flooring = Excellent tile. Easier to keep clean of sand than carpet. We look forward to staying here again in the future.'

'This place was incredible! We had a wonderful time, the layout was great for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and we loved the proximity to the Turtle Bay Resort for morning coffee and great restaurants. The place was well stocked and the beach towels came in handy. We loved spending our mornings on the balcony enjoying the waves. Beautiful place, we would definitely stay again!'

'The property is amazing, located on a golf course and a short walk (~5 minutes) to the beach (but beware, the beach is a little rocky). The pros: - Orly was very helpful and responsive via VRBO messaging - Orly did manage to fix the air conditioner that went out during our stay - There is one dedicated parking spot and a tag for a second car, so if you have multiple cars, you should be set - There were 3 of us, so it was very roomy (I was working remotely part of the time, so needed my own...

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
