Vakantie en citytrip naar White Plains

Do not come to this place if you are looking for something nice. The room was dusty, smelled weird. I had it booked for 2 nights a d just stayed 1. I rather take the loose than stay there another night. The price is what got me to book this suite. Next time I’ll just pay extra for a different place. Of you are looking to enjoy yourself do not come here. They also have homeless people living there that the state pays for.

rooms were simple but nice. for the amount per night, I’d expect a little better. the shower head and sink faucet were both broken..also the body wash/shampoo/conditioner and lotion pumps were all dirty and definitely not wiped down after the last person who stayed in the room. Also none of the heaters outside were working, would have been a nice night to sit outside the patio is so cute and cozy. Food in the lounge is a must tho. So so yummy. The no WiFi unless you pay thing was silly tho. I’ve stayed at marriotts many times and never experienced this. All around decent experience just think Marriott could do better in this location.

Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. But at 2:30 AM someone tried to get into our room. We are in our late 70’s and this almost gave me a heart attack. When we went to call the front desk we found out that the phone in our room was not connected. After going to the front desk we were told that the computer was showing our room as empty. We had been there since Thursday night and it was now Sunday night. We also had the do not disturb sign on our door. I don’t think I will be staying there again.
