'This is a truly unique destination - calm, beautifu, quiet. The staff were enormously friendly and helpful. The Inn is absolutely gorgeous! Our room had excellent views of the water and the sunrise/sunset. The campfire pit is beautiful and easy to manage, the nightly s'mores are a wonderful touch! 'Charlie was a wonderful host and very accommodating; our private suite was spacious, very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with lots of plants and plenty of snacks and fresh fruit. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and marsh views from our deck; our entire stay was peaceful and quiet and Charlie's home was conveniently located to many great places especially for birdwatching/ We had a memorable visit.'

We made day trips to Newport to see the mansions, cliff walk, car museum, and just enjoy the very scenic coastline.
