Schönes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nahe Tram Station und super schnell im Zentrum. Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gerne wieder

Hot stay in Summer
Zurich is hot during my stay, the room has no air-condition but only one small fan provided. We can't sleep well during the night. When I requested one more fan, the apartment said CHP 50 is needed. Too expensive....!

We didn’t receive any mail about how to enter the property. So, we were standing in front of the closed doors… Wifi didn’t work on arrival. We called the team several times and had to wait one whole day until it was fixed. Two persons couldn’t do anything about it. The third one was helpful. And our calls in between have been refused by the team! Unacceptable, as I had to work. Floor and bedside table were very dirty. Shower in the tiny apartment is not made for big people…

The apartment is in a good location but if u enter the lobby, there is a verry bad smell. The apartment it self is to warm and they is no way u have to open the windows all the time. The items are in good condition. The room itself is clean and nice.

Very clean and good WiFi
Extremely clean and warm apartment with very reliable WiFi so excellent for remote working. Well-equipped kitchen. A bit of noise both from street and other apartments but not enough to disturb sleep. Good transport links to Zürich city centre. Overall very pleased with my stay and would stay at Visionapartments again.

Noises from the wall!
Every night around 3:00 am noises started coming from the wall between our bedrooms. Probably rats. I sent the owner an email to try to rectify the problem but didn't here back from them. Too bad, it's a nice place.

A mon arrivée, à 15.25, je n'avais toujours pas recu de code d'entrée. J'ai dû appeler Visionapartments. Ils m'ont demandé une copie de ma carte d'identité à envoyer par email. 5 minutes plus tard, j'avais mon code. Bonne réactivité ! Mais, la femme de ménage n'avait pas encore fini de nettoyer notre chambre de 14 m2. Il était 15.30. Déjà que nous devons partir à 10.00, qu'il n'y a aucune consigne pour le bagage, la moindre des choses serait que la chambre soit prete à l'heure. Nous avons néanmoins pu déposer nos sacs sur le bureau dans notre chambre et sommes partis. Il y a en effet pas de climatisation et il peut faire très chaud surtout qu'il y a parfois les odeurs du restaurant en dessous. Malgré cela, la chambre était propre, fonctionnelle, avec des produits de douche. Et surtout, un prix imbattable.

Das Einchecken war recht mühselig, es fehlte die Kopie des Personalausweises. So musste ich während der Anreise mit der Bahn das Dokument kopieren und senden. Die Kommunikation per Mail lief in englisch, das erleichterte die Sache nicht. Für einen Kurztrip war das Visionapartements dann zufriedenstellend, das Mini-Bad ist nicht zufriedenstellend, die Einrichtung des Appartements war einfach.

The room I booked was for 2 adults. The bed does not fit 2 adults. I complained and they said I have to pay more to upgrade.Mold in the bathroom, electricity doesn’t always work. Found a bug on the floor, the rug was dirty so was the sheets.if you need an extra pillow, duvet or anything that is offered for free in other hotels, in this hotel you’ll have to pay. Overall horrible stay, I do not recommend this place at all.

Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, jedoch ist das Mini Apartment nicht ausreichen für zwei Personen, da das Bett zu klein ist. Zudem war der Geruch vom nebenan liegenden Restaurant unerträglich. Der Geruch war sowohl in den Fluren als auch im Zimmer bemerkbar. Das Öffnen des Fensters war unmöglich, da dies den Geruch verstärkte.

In our whole tour, this is one of the best apartment we have seen. Spotless! We just didn’t like the way the call center handled our query regarding the passcode. She kept on insisting that i have received the code instead of verifying my identity so that she could give me the code. It took us almost 90 minutes to get the code on our 3rd call to the customer service. Considering the temperature outside the apartment!
