This beautiful, charming maisonette apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small apartment building in Zurich, in the Oerlikon district.<br>A 10-minute walk from the Hallenstadion, in the heart of a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, across from the Catholic church, yet close to public transportation (trams 7, 9, 10, and 14) as well as shopping, the Saturday market, and restaurants. A parking space is available for our guests. A charging station for electric cars is available.<br><br>The apartment features a large living room with a fireplace and dining area, Salt TV, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi and a balcony. One bedroom with a 160-cm bed for two people; a state-of-the-art, new, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, and a small kitchen balcony for relaxing. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A fairly steep spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Under the roof, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, an open space with a 140-cm-wide sofa bed, and a play area. The bathroom with a toilet is small but nice; only the shower is a bit cramped and impractical.<br><br>What else you need to know: the church bells across the street chime the hour. We have a portable air conditioner on the upper floor; downstairs, there are only fans. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to install a modern air conditioning system in an older house.
