Villa Tereza is only 8 km away from Dubrovnik old town and 10 km from the airport, tucked away in the hills with stunning views across the village Mlini, sea and the mountains, making it a unique resort for a perfect getaway.

This beautifully decorated rustic traditional family villa is spread across 130 m2 of residence space and 150m2 outdoor relaxing area for your private use only.
Residence area is spacious and well equiped, can accommodate 6 persons. On the ground floor you will find large comfortable living room with flat-screen smart TV (and satellite receiver), fully equiped kitchen, dinning area and a bathroom (with a washing machine)
The first floor consists of a bathroom and 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Double bed
Bedroom 2 – Double bed
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds that can be seperated at your convenience
If needed, a big sofa bed on the ground floor can be turned into a bed for 2 persons.
- Air conditioner in living/dinning room and in each bedroom
- Fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, cutlery)

Outdoor relaxing space is a delightful private cozy and spacious area for your thoroughl enjoyment! It consists of lots of seating area, from small caffe table space to big covered dinning area (gloriette terrace) with gas barbecue.
Outdoor shower and a bathroom with a shower is at your disposal.
A peak enjoyment and relaxation is in Jacuzzi and 24 square meter Pool surrounded with plenty of sunbeds, parasols and with a breathtaking sea view!

* Note: Pool has no heating, so in October pool water can be little bit cold

Parking, water, electricity, air conditioning, tourist tax, wi-fi internet, towels, bed linen, washing machine usage is included in the price.
Private safe parking space is in front of the Villa.
Baby cot and a high chair are available on request (free of charge).
Transfers from/to the Dubrovnik airport can be arranged for extra fee.

In only 10 minutes of walk downhill you will reach center of Mlini and a bay filled with beaches. From there within easy walking distance you will find all kinds of beaches, bars, restaurants, lovely children playgrounds surrounded with pine trees, as well as a small harbour where you can take a boat directy to the city of Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Lokrum island and one day trips to the islands.
All kinds of sport activitiesa are available on site, including water skiing, kayaking, diving, tubes, as well as renting a motor boat, jet ski and pedal boat.
We are very well connected with local bus to Dubrovnik and Cavtat (bus stop 5 minutes downhill, timetable every 30 minutes).
2,5 kilometers from the Villa you will find post office, bank, gasoline station, and shoping mall (with a big supermarket).
A vehicle is recommended for persons with small children or persons with walking difficulties, since Villa is located uphill, but there are also plenty of low cost Ubers.

With Dubrovnik Old town in near vicinity and atrractions like City walls, Lokrum Islands, Dubrovnik cable car, Mount Srđ, this is ideal start point if you want to visit (by vehicle) local atractions like Trsteno Arboretum, Vjetrenica Cave, Konavle region (Konavski dvori, Adventure Parks, Pasjaca beach, Sokol Tower, Folklore performance), and interesting neighbouring destination in Monte Negro (Herceg Novi, Budva, Kotor) and Bosnia and Hercegovina (Mostar, Međugorje, Kravica waterfall)
