This beautifully decorated stone villa with pool is set within spacious grounds surrounded by ancient olive trees in a beautiful part of the Dubrovnik countryside. Situated in the small village on a hillside offering amazing views of the surrounding countryside and a sea views. Absolutely privacy and connection with nature offers guests a peaceful and quiet setting to enjoy a relaxing break. A magical medevial town of Dubrovnik is only about 15 minutes drive away from the villa.
Spread over more then 450 m2 garden and outside area surrounded by fence and 200 m2 interior space, the villa is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking a unique yet consummate experience of Croatia along the Dubrovnik Riviera. The property is approached along a gravel drive from the country road and through elegant gates into the main driveway/parking area.
A maze of charming stone-walled paths leads you to its stepped terraces and decks where you can relax far from city noise and every day life.
The ground floor consists of a cozy open plan where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances needed and dining area with a SAT TV. As well on the ground floor you will find separate shower room, separate toilet and 3 charming double bedrooms including TV in every bedroom. One of the double bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is a gym with large sofa which becomes a double bed and a connected bathroom. As well on the upper floor you can find one more terrace surrounded by olive tress where you can relax while reading the book. All of the rooms in the house are air –conditioned.
To the left there is very spacious and fully equipped summer kitchen with covered part in front which is a great place to unwind and eat food prepared straight from the stone fireplace while a breeze from the hill is giving you a fresh air. Just in front is a big swimming pool secluded with a trees.The biggest highlight of your vacation is the opportunity to be completely connected with nature and to be able to pick up fresh organic vegetables from the garden made for you and see our domestic animals and ride our small donkey which is so cuddly.
House offers a free wireless Internet connection, air conditioning, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, SAT TV in every room plus sun beds and towels on the pool will be provided for you and basically all things that you would need during your stay.

Prepared with lots of love using local ingredients and locally produced organic vegetables from our garden, cheese and ham from our farm, meat prepared under the bell are just small part of your unforgettable dinner by the pool in the villa. We will help you to discover the tastes, aromas, sounds and colours of our place.
