Holiday Home in Zuidzande with Sauna

The holiday home is on a farm of Zuidzande region of Zealand in the Netherlands. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and has 3 lovely bedrooms. It is suitable for a large family or group of friends that want to holiday together.

The coasts are within driving distance and the Zeeuws-Flanders region offers many more opportunities for entertainment.

The holiday home is known as Hof 't Suytsant, it has an open kitchen and living room on the ground floor and all the bedrooms on the first floor. There is a shared sauna and tennis court and swimming pool.

General supplies, restaurants and public transport are 500 M away, town center and tourist information are 5 KM away. The nearest airport is Brussels Airport and is at a distance of 120 KM.

There are mandatory costs for bed linen, electricity, gas and tourist tax; with a deposit of € 200 in cash on arrival.

Note: The guests coming after 18:00 hours will not be accommodated that night, and they will have to find a place somewhere else because the house owner does not stay at the accommodation. Hence, it is difficult for them to offer stay at that particular time.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
