« Newly constructed basement apartment in split level home: very clean, well appointed, full kitchen, very comfortable. Backyard view of rock cliff is pretty neat. Access is not handicap friendly. Takes ten or so steps down wooden stairs and two more on sidewalk to reach door. »

Cozy and comfortable, spotlessly clean and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. Bonus was a washer & dryer combo just steps away. King-size bed was very comfortable. There are steps to the front door, and more steps up into this apartment. Highly recommend! »

« It was good and was functional for what we needed. Getting to the property was easy, but the stairs were questionable. Still a good place for a night or two. »

« We stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience with this house! Very clean and spacious, the AC units were a great addition, and the host was very welcoming and helpful! The only downside is that parking is rather limited in the one driveway when there are also guests in the basement rental, but the street parking is open on weekends! Very easy to work around this issue, overall we had a fantastic stay! »

« This is a nice little basement apartment with steep stairs. It has everything you need though you can hear a lot of what goes on upstairs. Parking is tight and trimming the hedge could help.There is a nice little grassy area out back that was great for the dog. Check in and out was simple and easy. »
