'I have been coming to this resort over 22 yrs. I normally come Sun-Thurs. We stayed Friday/Saturday night this visit. The resort must have been over booked. We were put in a wheel chair room which was ok except the shower flooded the floor in the bath. The one mat wasn't enough for the amount of water. The cleaning staff took the wet towels however, did not replace the mat. Shower on day two we had to use pool towels. Also, our beds weren't made and the trash taken (yet they took towels...
