« This Holiday Inn Express was exceptional Raquel was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful she was. The hotel was extremely busy and it didn't matter as she provided assistance on numerous occasions and was so pleasant and professional The entire staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious Rooms extremely clean and smelled so nice. »

« When I first got there in the evening my room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it, went to front desk, they apologized and changed my room right away. Second room was clean, however it could use a bit more of deep clean in the shower area. Pool at the time was green and definitely needed a bit more scrubbing around the walls. I think something was maybe malfunctioning in the pool because the vaccum robot was just still in the bottom. We were unfortunately unable to use the pool....

« The property was clean as it could be. It was about a 2.5 star hotel and it ok for one night. I don't regularly stay at this was the best I could fine in that area which was Broken Bow Oklahoma. Very small town with many cabins and very few hotel choices. I must say the very helpful and polite. She went out her way to make us feel comfortable. There is a need for more receptionist like her. She helped us with information on everything we needed. »
