'Bed options are limited and not hotel quality. Tiny but efficient. Needed a room for a business trip. Only slept there, so limited insights as a vacation rental.'

'Could not have asked for better hosts or accommodations.'

'Trains at 2am blaring isn't relaxing.'

'The property was beautiful. However it was listed on Expedia as having a sofa bed which we required. It did not have a sofa bed. It didn’t even have a sofa, it had a love seat. Pretty hard for someone to sleep on. Also, the bar/nightclub attached will keep you up till closing. Very loud. Check with who rented the room next to you. We had a group shooting an adult film. Loud sexual noises followed by a shower and then repeated numerous times. Started in the evening and went all night until 7am....

'Lpleasant environment, beautiful view, the cabin was super clean and enjoyableonly note being the bed was stiff and pillows were thin but overall would recommend'

'Beautiful, clean property in the heart of city center. Many options for food and shopping within short walking distance.'

'One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. So beautiful and thought out. Wish the cafe was open more than 3 days, but maybe we can stay again!'

'The cabin was perfect for our needs! It was clean and perfect size and convenient to the Black River and town to get supplies.'

'It was a wonderful time away from everything. The cabin feels open and the amenities were nice. The pond was the really relaxing and had good size fish. Morning coffee on porch over looking the property was very relaxing. The hot water heater went out on our last day but the property but the property management came out quickly to address the issue. I would definitely come back and stay here again'

'Cute bungalow; perfect for me and my husband while in Arcadia to visit family.'

'Staying at the H&R Caboose Roost was an unforgettable experience! From the beginning, Tina was kind, friendly, communicative, and an all-around wonderful host. The place itself is so magical and charming! We had plenty of space and all the comforts we could hope for and then some: impeccably clean, charging cables in two places, muffins for our stay, yard games and indoor games, recommendations for local restaurants, filtered water in the fridge, a beautiful fire pit area in the back, and more!...

'Rental was exactly as described, well priced and perfect for our needs. We traveled with our 4 children and my parents. We would absolutely return.'

'This was the perfect place for me and my family. Our party had 4 adults and my 3 grandchildren, and it was great. The Grandkids loved the game choices, the big TV family room, large kitchen area and comfortable beds. Was a great location close by all the attractions we planned to do and nice variety of places to dine. The host is very helpful and gave us lots of wonderful suggestions. Beautiful older Victorian home in a quiet neighborhood.'
