'Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. '

However the bedrooms would benefit from soundproofing as the neighbours screaming children could be easily heard when trying to sleep through the night. The staff are lovely, although could be more attentive during the afternoon and early evening. 'We had booked a villa one bedroom with private pool first line on the beach. This 76 m2 villa is exquisite. All is perfectly arranged, designed and decorated. It could really be a second home. The pool in front of the terrace is just a wonder facing the beach and the sea.
