« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« The lady at the front desk last night was very nice after being very busy with the parking lot full and getting people into their rooms. Our room was very clean and the AC/heat worked very well 😁. The room felt sort of homey in a way. Whoever makes the bowties out of TP has some serious skills! »

« Very nice hotel, very nice and friendly. The only issue I have is they are not really set up for people with disabilities. Beds are high, no button that opens the door when you come into the hotel, which makes it very hard on a person sitting in a wheelchair to enter. They would not be able to enjoy the breakfast they offer unless the hotel staff did it for them, because the counters are to high. »
